Our Dermatologist will do a detailed examination of the various indications, blood tests, condition history, severity etc. to accurately diagnose the various reasons of acne. Based on the in-depth examination and diagnosis various types of solutions to acne scars are prescribed including medications, anti-acne products and treatments as below.
Laser Treatment for Acne > Gold Toning
The Spectra® XT Gold Toning laser is used to normalize the abnormal blood vessels and not to directly destroy them, thus reducing the possible side effects of the destruction of blood vessels by reducing the inflammation in the surrounding acne area. This is generally noticed in acne rosacea and helps in reducing the post acne redness which might linger on for months.
Acne Treatment > Medicated Peels
Get rid of cystic acne, acne vulgaris, acne marks and scars with some of our best performing medicated face peels.
1) Black Peel – Black Peel is a natural organic peel based on black vinegar which helps in reducing the inflammatory acne lesions.
2) Azelic M Peel – Its a stronger azelic acid which helps to reduce the bacterial count (that gets aggravated in acne).
3) Nomelan Peel – It is a mixture of several solutions which is used for active acne and acne marks specifically for stubborn marks.
4) Yellow Peel – It contains retinol which helps to treat acne scar and also prevent scar formation in active acne.
Acne Scar Treatment > Dermaroller
Dermaroller is a sterile roller made of pure stainless steel with a series of fine sharp needles to make small micro punctures in the skin. This acne scar treatment is an collagen induction therapy which helps to stimulate the body’s own production of collagen. This is a minimally invasive treatment and it leaves the skin red for 1 day and thereafter leaves the skin smooth and softer.
Acne Scar Removal > Micro Needling RF
The US FDA approved Secret® Micro-Needle Fractional RF System is the ideal technology for acne scars. It uses minimally invasive micro-needles to deliver controlled RF energy directly into various depths of the skin specifically on the depressed acne scars through the fibrous bands that pull down the acne scars. So it helps to release the skin free from the fibrous bands and remove the acne scars.
