Emsculpt NEO is the first non-invasive machine in the world that gives patients the benefit of two body sculpting procedures in one. Using high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology (HIFEM) and radiofrequency (RF)1, it can simultaneously eliminate fat and build muscle in a 30 minutes session.
Emsculpt NEO is FDA-cleared and works by quickly heating muscles at a high temperature using RF technology, preparing the muscle for stress. Simultaneously, the HIFEM makes muscles contract approximately 20,000 times in the entire session, building 25% more muscle on average and reducing fat by 30% on average. The methodology behind this is to simulate a warm-up before a workout, only at a more intense rate (just three treatments are comparable with 2 to 16 weeks of intense exercise.) After four minutes, the temperature in the fat cells reaches levels that cause apoptosis, or a state where fat cells are permanently removed from the body.

This simple and easy procedure takes about 30 minutes to complete. Emsculpt NEO works best when you do two sessions a week for four weeks.
Pre-preparation:
- Before you book your first session, our Emsculpt NEO experts will evaluate and discuss your muscle and fat goals in detail. We will plan out the details of the sessions based on your needs.
- On the day of your session, there isn’t much pre-preparation required.
- Do not eat an hour before the procedure.
- Wear comfortable clothing through which the treatment area can be easily accessed.
The procedure:
- A handheld electric paddle applicator is placed directly on the treatment area, held together with a velcro band.
- The paddle heats up–similar to a heating pad–and every few seconds it sends out pulsating vibrations that contract and releases the muscles in the area.
- The vibration level is customisable based on the patient’s comfort level.
- After 30 minutes, the procedure is over.
- You can get back to your normal routine immediately.

Emsculpt NEO is extremely safe so the side effects are minimal. There might be some soreness for the next day or two. People with sensitive skin might see some redness on the treated area for the next 24 hours.
